(Bug) when entering an email for sending a signup email the text field does not go up when the text menu pops up #339

Describe the bug I cant see the text box when sending a sign up link to an email

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to roster
  2. click on invite attendee
  3. click on textbox
