An edit button should be added to the event home page. But should only be visible to the lead manager. When the button is clicked on, the user should be taken to the create event flow, however, this data should be prefilled with the already existing event data. This is so that the user is able to update that data and save it with updated information.
For now, the signup forms should be deactivated so the user can only edit times, cost, and event info.
