DB: Enhance Applicant to contain original language #54

The language chosen when submitting the form is needed for later status updates (to send them in the correct language)

add new field in database for applicants
set this field in SubmitMailer before flushing into the database
reinit the database in prod
add getter and setter in applicant input with tests
add status writer and show current status as name
allow removing of applicants via admin UI
