Deleted "User Tools" continue to be present in the chat thread. #529

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Create an agent with a tool in Agent Tools and tool in User Tools say - Gmail with default selected.
  2. Publish url.
  3. Use the published url to launch chat with this agent
  4. Chat with the agent to get information about gmail. Able to get information from gmail tool successfully.
  5. Using Admin ui, delete Gmail from User Tools

Notice that we are able to continue to use gmail tool successfully to get information about gmail.

Expected Behavior: Ideally Gmail tool should not be available to the user thread when it has been removed from the User Tools.

Not sure if @ibuildthecloud will agree with your expected behavior. I'll ask him at some point
