I can only hear one person #120

I've been having alot of technical issues with crewlink. Usually if its not one problem, its the other. First off I'd like to point out that no matter what, i can't hear almost the entire lobby, but when i can, its onlyi one person and i can hear the rest of the lobby through that one persons headset. The second issue is where people can't hear me. I've checked my settings for input and output, i've hit ctrl-r to reset, i've restarted the game and crewlink, and i've even uninstalled and redownloaded it. Nothing works. I'm out of idea and the next step is to uninstall unless i can find some answers here. please help

I have a friend who is on AT&T who has this problem. It could be due to strict NAT

Edit: To elaborate on this issue it's only between me and my friend that have this issue everyone else in the lobby can hear him.

I have actually fixed this problem by moving over to BetterCrewLink. They have a NAT FIX feature and support for epic games, windows store, and a very alpha version of mobile support
