Feature request: Best price minimum saving in percentage #169

Wouldn't it be a good ide a to be able to set "Minimum Saving" in percent instead of a "monetary" value, considering the great flex in the prices. Like instead of putting in "Minimum Saving " to 0.75 if want to save a certain amount I could set it to a variable saving like 70%. Like if we have a max price of 0.8 SEK. and during some timeperiods it drops to 0.20SEK. Then I wouldn't be able to use 0.75SEK as minimum, but I could use 75% instead. Then that also follows when the price is 3SEK and drops to 0,75SEK night time during the winter without need to reconfigure the script.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I really think it does not make sense to have this in percentage. If the price is 0.02, and it drops to 0.01, it is a 50% reduction, but I do not care turning off my water heater or anything else to save 0.01 per kWh. However, if the price is 5.00 and it drops to 4.75, I would like to save those 0.25 even if the drop is only 5%.

Well, the idea is to be able to use it together with a solar panel system, and for an example charge batteries from grid depending on the cheapest price, and sell energy from the batteries when the price is higher. Or is the minimum savings in actual euros and not just in any currency? And then it is interresting to be able to charge when e.g. the price is 25% och the most expensive price. This winter the electric cost in Sweden has fluctuated between 6 SEK and like 1 SEK the most expensive days (some days have even peaked at 10SEK).

Using the minimum price, should I convert the price to euros? Even though I get SEK prices from NordPool?
