Feature request: Max cut off time and minimum consecutive time #183

First of all, Thank you for this very useful tool. I'm using it with Nordpool integration in home assistant to steer my heat pump.

It would be nice to have a new dynamic parameter to configure how long cut off period is allowed. (I'm using time 00-00 without consecutive time period).

It would be also nice to have dynamic parameter for minimum consecutive period so that small changes in prices wouldn't cut of every other hour but rather longer consecutive periods.
