[Request] Round robin node in relation to grid tariff #83

It would be awesome if there was a node that allowed for round robin usage of for instance floor heating to avoid hitting the grid tariff levels recently implemented in Norway.

Say for instance you have 6 rooms with electric heating, depending on the grid level selected, amount of climate entities and their power usage, it would through a round robin algorithm power one or two devices for 15 minutes each throughout the hour. Something similar to attached screenshot:

This is an interesting idea. I will keep it here and see what time and inspiration may do with it :-)
