Document subtypes #1

Noticed you put "Embed arbitrary subtypes" under "things it cannot do". Just checking if that was intentional, since subtypes are actually supported right now. Unless you're planning to drop support for this, we should document the subtype support (registerSubtype method, subtype interface, and ops). I'm happy to do that, just checking first.

No - not intentional. I haven't been staying abreast of the changes in the JSON code. Thats why I want you as a contributor :).

I had a conversation just last week about how hard it would be to embed rich text documents in a JSON object.

Please do update the documentation.
