api.js missing #7

There is no client API file in this repo. Is that by design? or could a copy of the one in ShareJS be moved over?

The client API in sharejs is buggy - when a child document is moved, the reference that the API stores to that child document doesn't get updated. I don't want to add it here until that bug is fixed. You're welcome to have a stab at it and pull it over.
