regionalize() looks for a 'year' and a 'geoid' (and others?) when constructing communities in a very rigid manner, e.g. it would not accept other named substitutes for elements of space and time.
for example:
when running community.regionalize() with datasets that do not have a temporal element (1 time period), kernel returns "keyerror:"year""
