this is a start to the viz module that adds a dash data explorer

this is a general explorer that looks at all the geosnap data. My thought was I could do something similar as a method on the Community class for exploring neihgborhood dynamics for a single study area (so things would be a lot snappier and more analytics plots since you're only working with a single dataset and dont need so much data handling)
