What archive revision are you testing on? rev. 465# What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Click 'Add a comment' on a story

'Add comment' dialogue appears

What is the expected output?

Page needs to move you down so that you can see the entire 'add comment' dialogue and not wedge it further down the screen below what you can see.

What do you see instead?

Page does not move user down so that they can view their comment and use the buttons associated with the comment ('create' and 'cancel'). Please provide any additional information below.
