Login page moves objects/text around incorrectly. #276

What archive revision are you testing on? (rev. 472 #) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Navigate to login page (Attachment 01)

  1. Drag page until it is too narrow for logo and text to co-exist side by side (Attachment 02)
  2. Scroll down and look at ToS (Attachment 03)
  3. Increase page font size 5 times (Attachment 04) What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Attachment 02: Logo should remain on top, currently it moves below the Login text

Attachment 03: ToS and related text should move around the Language bar, currently it moves underneath it.

Attachment 04: Dividing line between "Login with OpenID" and "New Tester? should move around the text, currently it overlaps when you bump the font size up.

This all looks like the same type of work which is why I'm lumping three things on the one defect.

fixed as of revision 570 reordered form and logo in layouts/session.html validated and rewrote sessions structure rewrote css to be scalable, fixed border issue removed absolute positioning in stylesheets/globalize.css and floated the division

Logo now remains above login/warning text. It also overlaps but I'm willing to accept this for now.

ToS and related text move around each other as expected.

Dividing line moves around as expected.
