What archive revision are you testing on? What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Subscribe to Author X

Post a new Work as Author X
Look at email inbox and pine. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The user should receive an email letting them know that Author X has posted a new work. Please provide any additional information below. Not required for v1.0 - post Beta.

We need to be able to set preferences to toggle this on and off.
