Editing profile is not possible (OpenID error message) #285

Revision #497 When editing my user profile, I get the message, "We couldn't save this user, sorry!" followed by:

* Identity url Please enter an OpenID
* Identity url Sorry, that OpenID is already being used

(In none of my tests was I trying to add or change an OpenID.)

Despite these error messages, the profile information was, in fact, changed correctly when I clicked on the link to my profile.

I'm also getting this error message. A possibly related issue here, I think, is that the way the OpenID logo is shown and the page switches between OpenID and password still needs to be adapted to make it closer to the wireframes (p.50 has an example). I wrote ugly code to achieve this on the signup page (the users/new view) which could possibly be adapted for use here, but as I say, ugly (though functional! I hope).
