'Home' link to be renamed 'my home' for user logged in view #354

What archive revision are you testing on? (See the revision number next to "An Archive Of Our Own: Extreme Alpha (rev. #)" in the header).

rev 666 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. nav to 'people'

  1. nav to 'Highlander_II'
  2. try to nav 'home' What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected the 'home' link to be active in order to return to the home page, but it's not. Tried several other users, they seem to be fine, only seems to be on that one, but may want to check others.

Not quite sure what you mean here. The link is inactive if you're on your own page because you're already home - there's nowhere to link you to.

Then the link being called 'Home' is slightly counter-intuitive. To me 'Home' would be the main page - whatever page you land on when you first log in, not the 'profile' page, that would be labeled 'profile'.

Point well made.

Change the 'home' link be the front page http://archiveofourown.org The username already takes you to the Dashboard anyway.

An Archive of Our Own links to the home page Home links to the user Username links to the user

Not logged in:

An Archive of Our Own links to the home page Home links to the home page Username N/A

What we have is two 'home' behaving slightly differently.

Change logged in 'home' to 'my home' Leave not logged in 'home' as 'home
