Revision 688 adds in the user's actual pseuds, which link to their works filtered by that pseud. Holding off on doing more here for now until design is clarified. :)

Elz has since added the functionality for the user tags. Marking this as FixedButUnverified for now, and we can open a new issue if changes to the page are requested later. :)
