Wouldn't it be better though to make 'not rated' the default, followed by 'General Audience, Teen, Mature, Explicit'? Right now 'General Audience' is the default.

Not rated is the default on the beta site - our options for displaying them (easily) are 1. alphabetical or 2. in the order they were created. I tried to add things in a logical order over there, but we hadn't gotten the final ToS yet, and the select display issue hadn't really come up, when I was adding them to the testarchive, and I'm not sure it's worth deleting and re-creating them all.

Oh, okay. So if I understand it right, the order over at the beta site is already the correct one? I'm marking this one as verified then.

What archive revision are you testing on? (See the revision number next to "An Archive Of Our Own: Extreme Alpha (rev. #)" in the header).
Rev. #677 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Begin creating a new work while logged in
Instead, I see an Alphabetical listing of the rating choices. (Explicit, General Audiences, Mature, Not Rated, Teen and Up Audiences) Which really, really is not the way to go. Please provide any additional information below.
