wonky formatting of tag lists when posting/editing story #367

R712 1. click on 'post new' or. click on 'edit' story

drop-down menus for Rating, Genre, and Warning are too narrow for the tags to be fully readable. (That's in Firefox; in IE all the tag boxes are lined up in the same line.)
