Filters needs to sort alphabetically

What archive revision are you testing on? 733

OK so I'm open to some discussion on this.

Feedback says: " You know the Filter Stories box, where you can filter by warning or character or pairing or fandom or what have you? Two suggestions (a) the filter options should be restricted to options that are actually available in the list you are looking at right now and (b) the filter options should be presented in alphabetical order. at the moment, they appear to be in chronological order, which no one is going to know. --zvi "

Me personally, I think Character, Pairing and Fandom have to sort alphabetically and Rating and Genre could be up for discussion (although there is value in just being consistent).
