No sound in both Adiboo and Putt-Putt Enters the Race #1460

Describe the bug Adiboo runs on version of winevdm from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/otya128/winevdm/build/job/a8j0quentcuic7x2. However, there is no sound.

Putt-Putt Enters the Race starts, but throws a "Sound Problem: The game was unable to access your sound card. Another program may be using your sound card, or it may not be installed properly." Clicking OK quits the game.

Using the latest nightly ReactOS on VirtualBox 7.1.4 r165100 with Guest Additions installed and sound driver working.

Expected behavior Games should work with sound.

Adiboo sound works on Windows 11. Putt putt enters the race is a win32 program. You'll have to ask the reactos devs about it.
