Abstract: Design the layout and flow of the login page, ensuring it displays all necessary information clearly.

Use a program such as Figma to create mockups for the layout of the login page, as well as submenus such as password reset, etc.

Definition of Done: Figures exist for each state of the login page, and can be easily accessed by stakeholders (on Github, on the CMS website, or otherwise)
