Make it possible for one user to do a whole tree by themself

• disable contamination-avoidant scheduling
• make it possible to be both experts at once as well as judge, all on the same tree

the point of this is to be able to give experiment participant contractors trees to play around with on their own (during training to learn the roles better, and alongside real experiments to try out strategies)

however:

• this goal can be achieved by just using 3 different accounts, one for each role
• we may not have the $ to pay contractors to do this extra work

so this issue is at most medium priority, and may be low priority if we feel we can't spare the $
