list active experiments first on the home page #714

even better would be to first list the experiments where the participant is participating and marked them as either active or inactive

My intuition is that this won't make it into Mosaic 1. Check out this Mosaic 2 issue and add any additional thoughts https://github.com/oughtinc/mosaic2/issues/110
