Unable to save Transplantation Form for WP415902R #104

The time of machine perfusion stopped is not recorded on the paper form and the database won't let me save the electronic form without this information.

Sarah emailed 23/05/2016 to say it was fine to remove the validation preventing saving of the form.

This fixes #104 and #45
