4.  Mail “upcoming FU visit”: like all other database, a reminder should be send out to the transplantation centre that a follow up visit is coming. This is important for the QoL questionnaires that need to be taken and to have the 24 hour urine collection at 1 year.

=> at the moment, excel sheet are created in parallel to the database that flag upcoming milestones for individual patients (QoL and 24-h urine collections). Then mails are prepared to be sent to the relevant Local PIs.

@mertenssarah: You need to specify a process that identifies which transplantation centre to be notified, and by what means (and their contact details), and the schedule on which they should be notified, before this issue can be acted on further.

This is not a high priority for now. Guess this can wait until the more urgent things are in place.

But to answer quickly: a trial ID is linked to a transplantation centre so the FU mail should be send out to people who are linked to this transplantation centre and responsible for this FU data (local investigator/local study nurse)
