re-opening accidentally closed forms #176

I just received a message from 2 transplant technicians who had accidentally closed there transplantations forms without entering all information. Can these forms be re-opened?

Today I got a message that a procurement form (WP4 53015) was accidently closed by a transplant technician before all information was added. Can somebody please re-open this one as well?

@AllyBradley - do we remove the Closed status on these, with the expectation that the technician will be continuing to edit them, or does this need to wait till we've established the correct process for re-opening forms (as per Issue #168)?

Another request of a TT is to re-open WP4 54002R.

WP454002L... is still an open T Form! Dated 3rd Jan as last update by laure.nicolai (Laure Nicolai) @mertenssarah did you give me the wrong Trial ID?

WP453014L & WP454002R were both allocated to Non-Project sites. Please see Issue #147 to clarify if this was in error.

I'll move the P Form request for WP4 53015 to another ticket.

@mertenssarah - please note that there should have been 4 issues filed here, not 1. Each one needs it's own investigation and history.

Re-opening of previously closed forms is addressed in #168

As WP453014L & WP454002R were allocated to non-project sites they don't require re-opening.

Until the process is in place for re-opening of forms, I suggest that TTs provide the information that needs to be added/changed and I will amend the closed forms.

WP453014L was allocated to a project site. TT probably entered the wrong project site there. If the Netherlands have send you the transplantation forms, the form should be in there so you can add the information and correct the project site. WP4 54002R: of this patient it is not yet known if there is consent
