Unpick the data to deduplicate Ina Jochmans existence #178

For reasons unknown, @mertenssarah created a duplicate account for Ina in May 2015. This has resulted in two Staff Person objects, but one user account.

Wrapping this work into the extended set of duplicates highlighted in #180, thus closing this issue as a duplicate.
