As discussed in Issue #180, this release will feature small changes to allow code cleanup to be performed.

Removal of filter restrictions on donor. perfusion_technician; donor. transplant_coordinator, organ_allocation. perfusion_technician, organ_allocation. theatre_contact, and adverse_event.contact.

Also insert the SP.id into the __str__() output so we can determine which of the duplicates we are selecting.
