Re-open P Form WP4 53015 #187

today I got a message that a procurement form (WP4 53015) was accidently closed by a transplant technician before all information was added. Can somebody please re-open this one as well? -- from @mertenssarah in Issue #176

I've got the following message: He was completing the donor information, and pushed 'save'. He didn't enter organ information and sampling barcodes yet. After this 'save', the form disappeared from his system.

I guess he did something wrong

All forms were reopened a week or so ago. Closing.
