randomisation error + error 500 #204

Last night I got a call from a TT who said they have been randomising a form (DO205) and got the randomisation from it. They were very busy and they closed the form in order to set up the machines and to get the kidneys connected. When they were finished and wanted to add the data, they saw that there was no randomisation left. when they tried to enter data, they got a error 500 message.

They opened a new form to re-do the randomisation (DO205 didn't work anymore) to get the randomisation and trial ID.

Responsible TTs to contact are: Alexander Van Soest and Ilse Bouwhuis. "Broken form": DO205 Form they used to randomise WP456010.

@marshalc Could you take a look to what went wrong yesterday evening? If you need more information you can contact the TTs mentioned above.
