Sample Collection report for Annual Meeting #277

Putting together a report to help Bhumika report on data collection for the Annual Meeting. From her email (30-03-2017):

Really all I need for my presentation is to know how many biopsies, perfusate, bloods and urine samples there are for each sample type, i.e. DU1, RB1.1, ReKR, etc.

How many samples are recorded in the database - maybe, yes, no.

What are our future plans for the biobank and WP4 data?

There was further conversation about reporting collection per centre, identifying samples that won't ever be collected, data clean up to match barcodes more accurately, etc.

Initial Biobank report templates have been added (Master branch, about to be pulled into the 0.8.2 work).

0.8.2 release done, missing reports identified and logged at #290
