Following teleconference on Wed April 19th 2017, I noted that there will be a lot of message passing going on in an effort to get missing and incomplete data collected via a range of sources.
This sounds like some form of administrative shared system is needed (CRM, or client relationship management, like) to allow co-ordinators to message nodes/technicians, and provide shared oversight to investigators and admin team as to who has said what to whom and when (that doesn't involve trying to cc a small mountain of email around everywhere).
Such a system could link directly to the records the task is referring to, and provide email alerts to named users when there are updates on a given dialogue.
More scoping and speccing required before this can become an actual feature for implementation however.
