Produce a schedule per centre, for all the FU events in that centre, and feedback on if the data collection has started, or is complete.
This will also need to feed in to some form of alerting/email system.
Will need to determine how we determine when to schedule FU events because their eligibility windows are going to be too wide for salient reporting purposes. I.e. the reminder for a 12 month follow up will likely need to start appearing at 11 months, but not at 365-65 days, which is when the eligibility window opens for that follow up. Similarly, the chasing up and prioritising of FU events doesn't want to wait until 365+65 for the final follow ups as we want data to be captured within a month for the final event.
Need to be aware that the physical process for FU data collection varies in each country:
Belgium is distributed and local investigators / follow up nurses will be responsible for each centre with data expected to be entered in near realtime.
Netherlands data is being collected retrospectively by a data gatherer being sent out to the centre and who is looking through the medical records. These gatherers presently work on a 3 month cycle, but we'll be trying to increase that to a monthly cycle, and thus their schedule of events needs to reflect that.
