Data Completeness Report - Procurement Form

Generate a report that highlights data collection for the Procurement Forms.

Consider two orderings:

• By Trial ID
• By Hospital

This is a non-trivial problem. Displaying all the forms on one screen (even allowing for horizontal and vertical scrolling) presents too much information, too densely to be of use.

So there's two challenges we're trying to solve:

• Have some form of management friendly summary that allows us to give a crude overview of completeness and level of chasing
• Have a per patient completeness report that can be given to a data chaser as a prompt of what is missing and expected.

There is a tonne of conditional logic to account for here too.
