@marshalc During checking the completed pairs, we (me and @aukjebrat) have found more randomisations then we had recorded in our spreadsheets. Could you please have a look where these randomisations come from?

WP4 53019 WP4 53020 WP4 53021 WP4 56012 WP4 43007 WP4 45906

What would you like to know about them that you can't see from clicking on the Procurement form for them?

These randomisations were not present in march (before update database and previous check of completed pairs). We just want to know how these randomisations got in there because these were not listed in our spreadsheets and what to do with these randomisations?

WP443007 - Donor#127 WP453019 - Donor#133 WP453020 - Donor#162 WP456012 - Donor#205 WP453021 - Donor#224 ... can likely be explained by #236. These were all randomisations done online, but for reasons unknown (and not often reported) they did not complete the data linkage, so only came to light when doing the full database audit as part of the 0.8.0 release.

Interestingly you don't mention WP451023 which is also part of #236.

WP445906 - Donor#229 I have no idea what to add about this, as it is an offline randomisation, so presumably you gave out the randomisation details to Fleur Bakker as per protocol. The fact that they started and didn't complete WP445004 before starting WP445906 may be related, but you'll have to ask them.

As to what you do with your spreadsheets, I can't comment. I only work from the evidence inputted into the DB.
