QoL pre transplantation #288

Where can the pre transplant QoL forms be entered? At the moment only at 3 months and 12 months there is place to enter these forms. There is no form available for the pre transplant QoL.

@marshalc Could you take a look at this so we can enter these forms as well?

Hi Sarah,

The QoL Baseline forms can be entered the same way they've been able to be entered for the past year. Since the addition of Health Economics in the 0.6.0 release it has been possible to to Add Record (https://cope.nds.ox.ac.uk/en-gb/wp4/health-economics/add/ - button at the bottom of https://cope.nds.ox.ac.uk/en-gb/wp4/health-economics/list/) for any time point and any Recipient.

As far as I'm aware though, @AllyBradley believes she has all the QoL paper forms and had been entering these.

I can only add 2 records and there are 3 time points per patient. Could you please check this?

I don't know that I have all the QoL paper forms, I certainly have some of them.
