From email and meeting 23rd May:

10 Paired Biopsy samples for Maria K requested

Select Trial ID, Barcode, Donor Age Knife to skin time Organ Removal Time

For all donors, but only where a pair exist. A pair in this context means from the same donor, and two samples of RNA Later biopsy exist

Challenge 1: Identifying Pairs - where the definition of inclusion is occasionally variable, or whether we have the data to provide for the samples we can identify

Following discussion within team, this is going on hold pending further discussions about state of data, and sample allocation criteria.
