Before adding in the checks, make sure that that woný make the problem bigger. For example, according the protocol, in both machines for both arms, and oxygen bottly was present and both were opened. Just as the one bottle was full and the other one empty. Inserting the question whether the bottle was opened won't ensure randomisation...
Following a request from Maria K to be able to show which biopsies come from which randomisation arm, it became clearly apparent that after spending most of the project trying to hide which arm an organ was put in, we don't have an easy way to review or list this for the trial at the end.
Additionally, we could add in some checks to ensure that O2 randomised organs actually got the O2 treatment based on things like O2 bottle being opened, etc.
