A list of all Recipients that have a recorded DoD

Also add on all the S/AEs that reference Death (perhaps in a free text query too)

This differs from the DMC death summaries report because it's looking through all the recipients primarily, rather than looking for S/AE events as the starting point

... or rather, it isn't actually... but the DMC Death Summaries report starts from the principle that either DoD is not empty, or is marked as Unknown. So maybe the query that needs to be developed is one that is looking for keywords in S/AE free text, but not linked to a DoD. In which case, this can be done as a database infrequent query rather than a report
