Date of procurement misaligned on DMC Adverse Events Report #307

The procured date is being displayed twice on the HMP +o2 table (but correctly on the HMP -o2). Looks to have been this way since 4th Apr when the report was last amended (wondering why we didn't spot it at the last DMC meeting).

Bundled this into the live release as a belated part of the 0.8.5 release because reports are being extracted right now.
