If the master lists of f/u forms could either all be displayed on one page, or have a search filter, that would be a massive help when searching for a particular form.

Basic problem is that sorting by Trial ID of the short pages isn't making it easy enough for users to find a case by Trial ID (because they can't work out which page it will appear on).

Possible solutions are to make the pages longer (so fewer paginations to guess), and seeing if some sort of search and load function is quickly implementable.

Updated the four listings pages to:

• Display 100 results rather than the original 25
• Improved the visual layout of the Trial ID to emphasise the last three digits, de-emphasise the prepended "WP4", and to use a fixed width font for easier eye scan of the ids in a list
