Add a combobox to the project explorer (and the debug toolbar) that lets you run the project "Run configurations" #517

It would be great if the project run configurations were placed on a
drop down button/combo box on the project explorer toolbar, right beside the 
run and debug "last script" buttons.

Currently you can access the run configurations on the project tree, but if you 
have many files in your project you will need to scroll down to the bottom of 
the project tree every time that you want to run or debug using one of these 
configurations.

Ideally, the run configurations combo could include a "Last configuration" 
entry as well. That way a single combobox would let you chose between running 
the last config or specifying a particular config to run or debug. The "Run 
last configuration" and "Debug last configuration" could then become the "Run 
selected configuration" and "Debug selected configuration" buttons.
