Add a "Duplicate run configuration" action to the "Run configuration" context menu #518

It is currently not possible to quickly duplicate a run configuration. Instead 
you must create a new configuration and manually copy it. It'd be great if it 
was possible to duplicate a run configuration. It'd also be nice if you could 
copy configurations by dragging an existing configuration as well.
