PyScripter should be able to provide project cost estimation reports

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a Python Project in PyScripter
2.Try to generate an LOC report for the files in the current project
3.Try to generate a efforts estimation report for the current project.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a way to generate UI based SLOC report and cost esitmation for 
a Python project.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Wow, really!? I can understand wanting to make an awesome open-source IDE for 
Python, but requesting that a free application perform this sort of project 
management analysis... Unless you are willing to do the code yourself, I would 
vote this suggestion down to the bottom of the heap and then some. Surely there 
are commercial tools for counting LOC in python and performing the analysis you 
are asking for.
