Opening help fails when a Python program is running

What steps will reproduce the problem?
--------------------------------------

1. Start Pyscripter and start a Python program running.

2. Whilst programming is running and displaying information in the Python 
Interpreter window go to menu option Help > Pyscripter > Contents.

3. Help opens but nothing is displayed other than "Navigation to webpage was 
canceled...", see attached image.

What is the expected output?

I expect Help to open at the Contents tab, like normal.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using Windows 7 (64bit), Pyscripter 2.4.3.0 and running Python that is 
calling the ESRI arcpy module for doing some spatial processing of data.

Hello again,

I was running some code again and went to open the Help as described above and 
this time it opened as expected! So not sure what's going on. I don't know if 
this is some sort of intermittent bug or just the machine playing up? Anyway 
unless this can be replicated by anyone else I guess this "bug" report can be 
closed.
