Unable to install in Windows Vista #745

The set up runs without any issues. When i launch pyscripter, i get the message 
"pyscripter.exe has stopped working"

Do you have a Python distribution from www.python.org installed?
Try the latest zip distributions from 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/pyscripter/files/.  Do these work?
