UI and editor stuttering #786

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Pyscripter.
2.Edit any .py file
3.Thats it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to be able to type/edit without any noticeable UI issues, but 
every second or so, the cursor in the editor will blink and any typing I was 
doing will halt for a second and then whatever I typed during that lockup will 
appear on the screen instantly. Its almost as if the editor is lagging out or 
dropping frames. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.3.0 x86
Windows 8.1, x64

Please provide any additional information below.
I noticed in the task manager that pyscripter CPU usage spikes every second or 
so. It goes from about 3-4% to 8-9% in the spikes even when I am not doing 
anything in the editor (for example, have it minimized).

Is there anything special in your configuration (Windows, Python, the scripts 
you are editing or anything else)?  If that was a general issue PyScripter 
would not have half a  million downloads.  Please help me to help you.

One more thing to try.  Uncheck  Tools, Options, IDE Options, Editor, "Check 
syntax as you type".  By default PyScripter checks the syntax after each 
keystroke.

I never said it was a general issue or that millions of other people were 
experiencing the same thing. I was just trying to report a bug that I 
experience. I have that unchecked and have nothing special about my 
configuratuons.

Do you experience slowness even when you start typing a new script with nothing 
else open?

Yes I experience the same slowness. it's just like every second the entire 
window halts for a tenth of a second or so. I will record a video today and 
post for more clarity
