Game freeze when starts from USB disk and ends up in black screen #102

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have a CSI Hard Evidence on USB Disk
2. extracted the game to 1TB WD Mybook 2.5" USB formated HFS+ Journaled
3. run game from Freestyle Dash 1.20

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The game starts with black screen. and freeze the xbox

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tried extracting the game with diffent extracters and also including 
system update folder

Please provide any additional information below.
tried with xexmenu where same problem occured. but if i install it as GOD 
or extract to HDD1 from Freestyle the game works
